About Me

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

My approach is rooted in the Humanistic Theory, which means I focus on your unique experiences and how they shape your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in the present. Together, we will explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the changes you may wish to make. I also draw on other therapeutic techniques based on your individual needs, occasionally offering tools and strategies that may support you in everyday life.

I work with adults (18+) and have experience supporting individuals who have faced trauma, including domestic abuse, sexual violence, and assault. I have an understanding of PTSD, dissociation, and the impact of these experiences on daily life.

I also work with neurodivergent clients, including those with autism and ADHD, providing a space that is accepting and accommodating of different ways of thinking, processing, and communicating. My aim is to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can feel truly heard and understood.

In addition to one-on-one counselling, I have facilitated group sessions for both male and female survivors of domestic abuse, as well as wellbeing workshops on anxiety, depression, stress, resilience, and trauma-informed practice.

I also recognise the significance of faith and spirituality for many clients and will always honour and integrate what is meaningful to you in our work together.

I offer a safe, confidential space where you can explore all areas of your life without fear of judgment. Whatever challenges you are facing, you don’t have to navigate them alone—I am here to support you.

Some of the areas I work with include:
Abortion, Abuse, Anxiety, Autism, ADHD, Bereavement, Burnout, Depression, Dissociation, Eating Disorders, Gender Dysphoria, High Sensitivity, Loneliness, Low Self-Esteem, Miscarriage, Personality Disorders, PTSD, Spirituality, Stress, Suicidal Thoughts, and Trauma.
